Son origine remonte au Moyen \u00c2ge, o\u00f9 il \u00e9tait pr\u00e9par\u00e9 avec du pain rassis, du lait, des \u0153ufs, du sucre et des raisins secs. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, la recette s&rsquo;est enrichie de macarons, de pignons et de chocolat.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>250 g de pain rassis<\/li>\n<li>100 g de macarons<\/li>\n<li>1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/li>\n<li>1 gousse de vanille<\/li>\n<li>7 dl de lait<\/li>\n<li>huile et farine pour le moule<\/li>\n<li>100 g de beurre&lt;<\/li>\n<li>150 g de sucre<\/li>\n<li>75 g de cacao amer<\/li>\n<li>100 g de pignons de pin<\/li>\n<li>100 g de raisins secs<\/li>\n<li>100 g d&rsquo;\u00e9corces d&rsquo;orange confites<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de cannelle<\/li>\n<li>1 pinc\u00e9e de clous de girofle moulus<\/li>\n<li>1 pinc\u00e9e de noix de muscade<\/li>\n<li>3 \u0153ufs<\/li>\n<li>2 cl de schnaps<\/li>\n<li>sucre glace pour la garniture<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Voici la recette d&rsquo;un d\u00e9licieux g\u00e2teau au pain et aux pignons :<\/p>\n<p>La veille, couper le pain et les macarons en cubes et les mettre dans un grand saladier. Saler Couper la gousse de vanille dans le sens de la longueur et en extraire les graines. <br \/><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; color: var(--ast-global-color-3); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-family ), Sans-serif;\">Faire chauffer le lait avec la gousse de vanille et les graines, puis retirer la gousse et verser le lait sur le m\u00e9lange de pain. Bien m\u00e9langer, couvrir le bol et laisser reposer toute la nuit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Le lendemain, pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<br \/>Tapisser le moule de papier sulfuris\u00e9, puis graisser et fariner le fond. Faire fondre le beurre et le laisser refroidir. <br \/>Ecraser finement le m\u00e9lange de pain \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une fourchette. Ajouter le sucre, le cacao, la moiti\u00e9 des pignons, les raisins secs, les \u00e9corces d&rsquo;orange confites, la cannelle, les clous de girofle et la noix de muscade.<br \/>Bien m\u00e9langer le beurre avec les \u0153ufs et le schnaps et incorporer le tout au m\u00e9lange de pain.<\/p>\n<p>Verser la pr\u00e9paration dans le moule \u00e0 g\u00e2teau. <br \/>R\u00e9partir le reste des pignons de pin sur le dessus du g\u00e2teau et faire cuire au milieu du four pendant 70-75 minutes. <br \/>Retirer du four et laisser refroidir le g\u00e2teau dans le moule. <br \/>Avant de servir le g\u00e2teau, saupoudrez-le de sucre glace.<\/p>\n<p>Servez le g\u00e2teau de pain tessinois chaud ou \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante, accompagn\u00e9 d&rsquo;une tasse de th\u00e9 ou de caf\u00e9.
