La sua origine risale al Medioevo, quando la torta veniva preparata con pane raffermo, latte, uova, zucchero e uvetta. Oggi, la ricetta \u00e8 stata arricchita con l&#8217;aggiunta di amaretti, pinoli e cioccolato. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>Ingredienti<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>250 g pane raffermo<\/li>\n<li>100 g amaretti<\/li>\n<li>1 pizzico di sale<\/li>\n<li>1 bacca di vaniglia<\/li>\n<li>7 dl latte<\/li>\n<li>olio e farina per la tortiera<\/li>\n<li>100 g burro&lt;<\/li>\n<li>150 g zucchero<\/li>\n<li>75 g cacao amaro<\/li>\n<li>100 g pinoli<\/li>\n<li>100 g uvetta<\/li>\n<li>100 g scorza d\u2019arancia candita<\/li>\n<li>1 cucchiaino cannella<\/li>\n<li>1 pizzico di chiodi di garofano macinati<\/li>\n<li>1 pizzico di noce moscata<\/li>\n<li>3 uova<\/li>\n<li>2 cl grappa<\/li>\n<li>zucchero a velo per guarnire<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ecco la ricetta per una deliziosa torta di pane e pinoli:<\/p>\n<p>La sera precedente, taglia il pane e gli amaretti a cubetti e mettili in una grande ciotola. Aggiungi del sale. Incidi il baccello di vaniglia per il lungo ed estrai i semini.   <br \/><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; color: var(--ast-global-color-3); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-family ), Sans-serif;\">Fai scaldare il latte con il baccello e i semi di vaniglia, poi rimuovi il baccello e versa il latte sulla miscela di pane. Mescola bene, copri la ciotola e lascia riposare durante la notte.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Il giorno successivo, preriscalda il forno a 180\u00b0C.<br \/>Fodera la tortiera con carta da forno, poi ungi e infarina il fondo. Fai sciogliere il burro e lascialo raffreddare. <br \/>Sminuzza finemente la miscela di pane con una forchetta. Aggiungi lo zucchero, il cacao, la met\u00e0 dei pinoli, l&#8217;uva sultanina, la scorza d&#8217;arancia candita, la cannella, i chiodi di garofano e la noce moscata.<br \/>Mescola bene il burro con le uova e la grappa e incorpora il composto alla miscela di pane.<\/p>\n<p>Versa il composto nella tortiera. <br \/>Distribuisci i pinoli rimanenti sulla superficie della torta e cuocila al centro del forno per 70-75 minuti. <br \/>Sforna e lascia raffreddare la torta nella tortiera. <br \/>Prima di servire la torta, guarniscila con una spolverata di zucchero a velo.<\/p>\n<p>Servire la torta di pane ticinese calda o a temperatura ambiente, accompagnata da una tazza di t\u00e8 o caff\u00e8.
